Georgian Garnet Necklace Moonstone who had discovered the originalThe most beautiful example of a Georgian flat cut garnet flower necklace, crafted in 18ct gold and dating to circa 18001820. The garnets are foil backed, enhancing their rich, deep hue, a signature technique of the period. The central flower features a fold down loop, allowing for the addition of a drop if desired. While there are a couple of small dents on the back of two oval garnet links, the necklace remains in very good condition. Measurements:
